Shipping Information

 

When will my order ship? 

At non-peak times, orders placed prior to 2:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the following business day. During peak times (product launches, holidays), orders placed will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. This is subject to change based on our web volume. 

 

When will I receive my shipping confirmation? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when any part of your order is shipped and picked up by the carrier. 

Will PureRyde ship anywhere? 

We offer shipping throughout the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only.

What if my package is lost or stolen? 

PureRyde cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages when the UPS/USPS tracking system shows the package has been delivered. In the event the package was lost with UPS, we will provide you with any additional information you need in order to file a claim. 

Online Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? Our return policy makes the process of returning or exchanging an item easy. Refunds may be requested by email within 14 days of purchase and will be credited back to your account upon receiving the garment. Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Any refunds requested after 14 days from the purchase date will not be granted. Return sender is responsbile for all shipping fees associated with the return. The return credit will contain the full purchase price plus any taxes minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

All items must be in brand new condition. Items which have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

Product marked as clearance or given in association with an online promotion will not be refunded. All clearance items and promotional products are final sale.

PureRyde reserves the right to refuse returned product or prohibit a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined the customer has a history of abusing the return policy.

Online returns are not accepted at any PureRyde studio location (US or International).

How do I process my return and where do I send it? 

You must contact info@pureryde.com and arrange your return or exchange within the 14 day period specified above. It is strongly recommended you use a trackable mailing service to return the product as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please send the return to:

When will my credit card be refunded? 

Once we have received your return, it generally takes 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. 

 

What if an item is damaged or there is a discrepancy? 

If the product you received is damaged or there is a discrepancy from the order placed, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your package to notify us at info@pureryde.com. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Damage or discrepancy claims received after 48 hours from the time of receipt will be subject to our discretion. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Please email us immediately at info@pureryde.com if you would like to cancel your order. If the order has not been processed, we will work with you to cancel or update the order. Please note that if the order was already in process, we may not be able to refund payment on cancelled orders for 1-2 billing cycles. 

How do I know if you have received my online return? 

You will receive an email confirmation from our fulfillment center that we have received your return. After this email confirmation, it may take 3-5 business days for us to verify the inventory and process your refund. Once we have processed your return, it generally takes 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
