The stretching class that clients have been asking for is finally here! This class should be focus on assisted stretching. Enliven your core and open up your joints and muscles in this refreshing Pilates Flow class! You’ll learn how to apply the precision of Pilates, connecting your core to your limbs for easier breathing and more awareness, embodiment and comfort. Leave class feeling awake, alive and centered with more freedom in your hips, spine, neck and shoulders.
(45 Minutes) - Centered on creating core strength in the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and upper body, this class will help with better body alignment and posture. A challenging abdominal based workout incorporating both classical and contemporary exercises for the ultimate CORE workout!
Our unique 50 minute +Pilates Class is designed to bring high energy, inspiring music, and unique choreography together to create a dynamic and athletic pilates ONLY workout. Our +Pilates classes are designed for both men and women with an athletic approach. This class involves high repetition and weight integration to keep your blood pumping, sweat pouring, and muscles burning. This is a non-stop high energy ryde. Expect to get your heart rate up and drenched in sweat! All levels are welcome.
PureRyde After Dark
50 Minutes of +Pilates on the Reformer. This 50 minute class is taught with candle light and mellow heavy beats. Strength and length are joined together to challenge your core strength, flexibility, and stamina. Less transitions and no jump boards allows you to release the stress of the day.
Refine and strengthen. Experience a slow, gentle and steady movement sequence that builds strength. Move with care, confidence, and consciousness as you reconnect with your breath. This class is great for beginners as well as those looking to mix up their practice and move to a slower but challenging tempo.
This class combines 30 minutes of Cycling and 25 minutes of +Pilates. Short on time, big on results. Max interval training designed to push you to your limits.
